My full name is Chrysovalantou Kalaitzidou and I am a graduate student in Bioinformatics M.Sc. Program, at the University of Crete (UoC) . Currently, I am working on my thesis whose main theme is Modeling and simulation of deformation localization in Fibrous Extracellular Matrix induced by Contractile Fibroblasts. I have the privilege of working with Prof. Phoebus Rosakis and his team on this fascinating project. I hold a B.Sc. degree in Applied Mathematics, from School of Sciences and Engineering of the same institution. You can consult my short resume online, or view a detailed version in PDF format which is available for preview or download. Please feel free to contact me.
